Al Fowriya has extensive experience in construction activities related to the Oil, Gas & Chemical industries in Qatar, having served many major clients like Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Steel and Sud-Chemie, Qatar among others

Commercial

As a leading medium range construction company, Al Fowriya has developed wide and varied commercial construction projects in the state of Qatar. We have built commercial projects for clients like the Mannai Corporation, Safari group and the MES School.

In addition Al Fowriya has worked in the sports and recreation industry with projects for Qatar Olympic Committee and the Asian Cup 2010.

Residential

Al Fowriya has been building quality homes since 1991. Al Fowriya has in its portfolio a varied sizes and classes of villas as well as residential apartment. Our record for more than two decades of quality performance in the residential construction has resulted in repeat business from our customers.

MAINTENANCE AND RENOVATION

Al Fowriya has a strong track record in civil maintenance and renovation. We have had repeat business with large corporations in Qatar such as Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Fertilizer and local governmental agencies such as the Qatar Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Interior for these services. Our strong team has delivered excellent service in both long term maintenance contract as well as renovation projects. Concrete repair, demolition and renovation, waterproofing etc count among these services.

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING

Al Fowriya has built up a strong and capable MEP service team. All MEP needs are met in house and the company has begun successfully offering these services externally since 2008. Our customers have commented the high quality standards and exclusive capabilities.

WATER PROOFING

Al Fowriya is capable of providing complete waterproofing solutions to its customers. We are the Exclusive Distributors & applicators of water proofing materials from GREENSEAL – MALAYSIA in Qatar. In addition to our partnership with waterproofing companies BAYSHIELD from the UAE and STOPER from Turkey, this gives us a range of high quality waterproofing products.

SAND BLASTING & INDUSTRIAL PAINTING, STEEL FABRICATION AND ERECTION

Al Fowriya provides sand blasting and industrial painting as well as steel fabrication and erection services. Our team of skilled fabricators, welders, blasters and painters and our dedicated workshop facilities in Wukair enable us to provide services for metal work. In addition Al Fowriya is able to provide comprehensive services including aluminum and glass work through its sister concern Specialised Engineering Services.

SCAFFOLDING SERVICES

Al Fowriya provides a professional service for the erection and hiring of scaffolding. It has a dedicated team of certified scaffolding supervisors and scaffolders to meet a varied range of scaffolding requirements

EARTH MOVING

We have a complete range of excavation and earthmoving equipment and certified operators, who can execute small and medium range projects. We are also undertaking medium range road construction.

Specialised Engineering Services

Specialised Engineering Services Fabrication Unit (SESFU) is a joint venture between Specialised Engineering Services (a sister concern of Al Fowriya) and a team from India set up to cater to the market for steel and aluminum fabrication, erection, sand blasting and industrial painting.
